How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our custom carved stones are all unique. From the time you order stone selection, design planning, and carving, will take approximately 10-14 days. Small items ship via USPS Priority mail. Select “Rush My Order” at checkout to guarantee your custom order ships within 7 days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
There are no returns or exchanges on our custom stones due the the nature stone carving. However, we will work with you to replace any stones that arrive damaged due to unseen cracks or faults. This happens from time to time in natural stone. In that case, we will make it right!
How do I change my shipping address?
