Orders and Shipping
Our custom carved stones are all unique. From the time you order, stone selection, design planning, and carving will take approximately 10-14 days. Small items ship via USPS Priority mail. Select “Rush My Order” at checkout to guarantee your order ships within 7 days.

We will be in touch with you via phone or email to confirm your design and get your final approval. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification.
Your Credit Card info is not stored on our site. It is only used to securely process your transaction. If you make a second purchase at a later time you will have to re-enter your credit card information.
Sales tax is charged based on the tax rules for your state, county, and city.
We ship select products to the United States only.
If your item arrives damaged
Returns and Changes
There are no returns or exchanges on our custom stones due the the nature stone carving. However, we will work with you to replace any stones that arrive damaged due to unseen cracks or faults. This happens from time to time in natural stone. In that case, we will make it right!
